Our Story

Founded in 2018 by Mark Hancock, our company was established to create an IT services partner focused on long‑term relationships and doing things the right way. What started as a focused operation has grown into a specialist IT services provider supporting organisations across the globe.

As we’ve grown, our work has increasingly centred on clients operating in highly regulated environments, including healthcare, defence, finance and legal services. This experience informs how we design, implement and support secure, resilient IT infrastructure that meets stringent compliance and operational requirements.

Today, we continue to build on that foundation, working closely with our clients to deliver practical, future‑ready solutions that support their operations now and as they evolve.
